2 # Worldcup Nove Mesto

210515 01311 by Kuestenbrueck CZE NoveMesto XCO MJ ceremony TreudlerFFinn Treudler wins again

Jacqueline finishes as best Swiss on rank 7 !
Nina and Ramona show a very strong race:

Nove mesto without spectators is very special...empty and quiet
The weather again very modest.
Our mechanic crew endlessly washing and screwing the bikes, it's getting to the substance, believe me.

Friday evening; Short Track
Sophie rides bravely and fights for the 21st starting position for Sunday.
Ramona is practically standing still, we are all at a loss especially, of course, Ramona .....

Saturday; UCI Junior Series
The start with obstacles for the one rider. It is started yes with a traffic light, left and right the stands on red and then changes at the start to green....normally at the same time. Today not -:(
the left side has actually ca.3 seconds later on green switched. Since the ones on the right were already "uf u dervo". But Finn found his way immediately and in the first technical climb he was the first. Then it waved back and forth between Nils Aebersold and Finn. At the end of the second last lap Finn started his attack and extended his lead until the finish, congratulations!

U23 Ladies
Jacqueline and Annika had to wait until 17.00 o'clock, then it was time for them.
Jacqueline Schneebeli: "We started with high speed into our two starting laps. After I was somewhere between 10th and 20th place, I stepped on the gas and rode a great rhythm to the finish. I achieved another top ten place and finished in 7th position.
The track was awesome and it was really fun to ride in the rain and mud!????????
Thanks to the team for the cool time...I'm looking forward to the rest of you????"
Annika Liehner was very nervous before the start, she wanted to show but necessarily what she has on it. That can also lead to blockade.
In addition, the slippery, muddy demanding surface, it was a huge challenge for her. She was classified with one lap behind.

Sunday; Women Elite
Nina Benz had start number 91 and her goal was clearly to get as far forward as possible in the start lap, which she did very well. Then she took a short breather and continued to fight forward, the 21st final place proves which fighter's heart Nina has, congratulations!
Ramona Forchini was under pressure after the short track, the start did not succeed at all, she found herself in the forties, but then the blockade dissolved and she fought her way back, the 6th fastest final round let her show what she is made of. The 24th place is an appealing and encouraging result, keep it up dear Ramona!
Sophie v. Berswordt had a great start in the top 20, she was able to keep it for three rounds. Then she had problems with her breathing. (she was not the only one in the field) She fought doggedly, but still fell back rank by rank. She was very disappointed at the finish line, but she can still take into the next races that she got into good shape!
Kim Ames: "Gave everything and relieved over the finish line ???????? in the mud, with running passages and without the tremendous Czech atmosphere, the course is even harder. But thanks to Czech Fully and incomparable team and mechanic performance, it was easier again.
P66 and better than last year, things are looking up ????"

Sunday: Men Elite
Simon Vitzthum also started very motivated well after the starting lap to the places around 40 driven. His basic speed is there without a doubt.
In the difficult conditions, luck and bad luck are always close together......The result was not satisfying for him, as he said himself.
Frazer Clacherty also started very well, his daring driving style brought him a smooth puncture, which threw him brutally back, unfortunately with minus 2 laps in the 80% rule was rated.
