The 2021 racing season has started

After a rather chaotic season last year, due to many postponed and cancelled races, we can hope for a more predictable season this year. Equipped with the new Superior bikes and all of this year's components, we were able to start our 10th racing season this month.
Together with the team, riders and staff, and of course including our team-mascot Jukon, travelled to Banyoles in Spain.
Looking forward to the first race of the season,
Ramona Forchini, Sophie von Berswordt and, for the first time, Kim Ames stood at the starting line at the Copa Catalana on
Saturday, 27.02.2021.
The tough, but fair and defect-free race Ramona finish in a
sensational 9th place, Sophie in 16th place and Kim in 21st place. What a start to the new season!

Just one day later, Simon Vitzthum also started into the new MTB season. Together with many other well-known top riders, he rode a very fast and energy-sapping race. But he showed strength and was able to withstand this pressure and finished in 25th place - which also completed the season opener!

But for Simon Vitzthum, the racing season already started in mid-February. The ambitious track rider was allowed to start together with the national track team at this year's Swiss Championships in the disciplines Omnium and Madison. After two long days of racing, he was able to travel home with the vice Swiss championship title in the Madison (ridden together with Tristan Marguet) and 4th place in the Omnium (four-disciplines competition).

Next Races
This weekend we will continue with the taste of racing. For Ramona and Simon in Turkey at the Alanya Elite MTB Cup, at four consecutive races within one week. Another part of the team will travel to Italy to the Andora Race Cup - true to the motto #alwaysrace.
